If you fail to qualify for protection under Chapter 7, or want to repay your creditors, I can help you reorganize or restructure debt under Chapter 13, in an effort to keep your property, and permanently discharge (eliminate) unsecured debts that you can not afford. In addition, I will help you put together a reorganization plan , so that you can keep the property you can afford, while making a payment through the plan that you can afford.
• Using bankruptcy to stop foreclosure or avoid car repossession. I will help you use a Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing to stop the foreclosure on your home.  I can also help you avoid a car repossession by filing for bankruptcy protection.
